Late Cretaceous hadrosaur from North America, named for paleontologist Lawrence Lambe. Lambeosaurus, part of Lambeosaurinae, had a distinctive hollow crest used for vocalization and species recognition. Adults reached 25 ft and moved bipedally or quadrupedally.
